Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large teams of professionals in the construction of hyperscale data centers.
- Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of hyperscale data center construction requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
