Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; and Tampa, FL, with projects throughout the country.
The right candidate will have 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and other commercial construction. Path Construction values individuals with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties for Senior Project Managers include:
- Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Managing project budgets and cost control with full P+L responsibility.
- Overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Contract administration, procurement, and estimating.
- Processing pay requests, change orders, and requests for information.
- Implementing safety controls and maintaining high quality standards.
- Tracking submittals and scheduling.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
- 7+ years of construction experience
- Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
- Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
