The Quality Program Coordination Lead establishes and monitors consistent commitment to standards to satisfy specific internal, regulatory or other requirements. Provide oversight for quality programs so that optimal quality of care and the highest level of patient outcomes can be achieved.**Position Summary**Under the direction of the Quality Program Coordination Director, the Lead coordinates, designs and maintains quality programs and ensures compliance with regulatory and other requirements; directs and coordinates mechanisms to help identify and prioritize ongoing opportunities for improvement; collects, analyzes and reports meaningful quality metrics; recommends and facilitates strategies for improvement; monitors effectiveness of improvement strategies; validates sustained improvement over time and provides training and education on quality programs.
