At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) we empower individuals and strengthen communities. We are seeking a Regional Program Director for the Western region to guide support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes. Regular travel is required to support the region and programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and empower program leadership while building a strong, high-performing team culture
- Drive Operations: Oversee daily program performance, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strong financial management
- Ensure Excellence & Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and service outcomes
- Grow Impact: Identify opportunities for program expansion, strengthen community partnerships, and support strategic growth initiatives
- Problem‑Solve Proactively: Address operational challenges with innovative solutions and forward‑thinking strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field from a college or university required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in IDD, HCBS, or community-based services
- Demonstrated experience in program operations, staff supervision, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of NC service definitions, MCO requirements, and HCBS standards.
Work Schedule
Full‑time, salaried position. Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5 pm.
