About the Role
We are building the next generation of intelligent, AI‑native document workflows. This position is an opportunity to build the future of document workflows using GenAI, create new product categories, and drive impact at enterprise scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own product outcomes end‑to‑end: define vision, strategy, roadmap and drive execution to deliver measurable business impact.
- Build and scale GenAI‑native products: identify high‑value enterprise workflow problems and develop innovative solutions from concept to launch.
- Be the voice of the customer: engage with customers, partners and analysts to deeply understand needs and translate insights into product direction.
- Evangelize the product vision: communicate strategy and progress to internal partners and external audiences.
- Lead cross‑functional execution: partner closely with engineering, design, research, marketing, sales and legal to deliver high‑quality products at speed.
- Drive go‑to‑market strategies: collaborate with GTM teams to launch products, accelerate adoption and ensure customer success.
- Operate with data and rigor: define success metrics, analyze performance and continuously iterate based on insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Entrepreneurial attitude: persistence and determination to ensure product success.
- Product management experience: 7+ years building and shipping customer‑facing products, ideally for enterprise customers.
- Demonstrable GenAI proficiency: ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
- Experience building AI‑native products is a strong plus.
- Cross‑functional leadership: proven ability to lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and UX designers, collaborating with marketing, legal and other teams.
- Analytical strength: strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
- Communication excellence: clear and compelling communicator who can simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Technical foundation: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, Information Systems, Physics or equivalent.
Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 – $239,725 annually (California: $165,600 – $239,725). Pay may vary by location and experience.
