Hogar, Inc is looking for a Program Director to ensure the facility operates in accordance with guidelines from various agencies. The Program Director will supervise a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate services for residents to support their transitional housing needs.
This role requires a strong background in human services, as well as at least five years of experience, including management of budgets and staff. The successful candidate will be committed to the mission of Hogar, Inc and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
