Program: 2026 Kaufman Hall Analyst Program – Strategy and Business Transformation Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
- Support multiple strategy engagements simultaneously, applying industry‑leading solutions to strategic and organizational challenges.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret advanced client data; build Excel models and Power BI dashboards.
- Ensure project milestones are met, timelines adhered to, and changes communicated.
- Assist practice with business development tasks, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and scheduling meetings.
- Build presentations and work products for clients and board members.
- Support practice needs beyond client work as required.
- Deliver high‑quality work with integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong academic record and leadership experience.
- Highly intelligent and intellectually curious.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and technical computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word).
- Self‑motivated with initiative on project components.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Energetic, strong work ethic and high integrity.
- U.S. permanent work authorization.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, up to 25% of days.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, analytics, economics, or healthcare administration is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed sitting, talking, hearing, typing, with visual acuity for a keyboard and computer terminal. Travel required 5–25%. The role may involve maintaining a home office.
