Our client VAST is looking for a Senior Product Manager.
Salary Range: $100,000–$115,000

We focus on execution first: accurate books, strong controls, and dependable processes. THE ROLE:
As Senior Product Manager , you'll own critical parts of our platform that serve finance,compliance, legal, and other core business functions. You'll shape powerful tools that help ourclients move faster, make smarter decisions, and stay ahead.
Reporting to the Head of Product , you'll lead high‑impact initiatives from concept through launch, balancing business outcomes, technical execution, and exceptional user experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key modules across our client-facingplatform.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross‑functional stakeholders to defineproduct requirements and success metrics.
- Understand the real‑world needs of B2B customers, especially in finance, compliance,and operations, and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Lead product development through discovery, build, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces and powerful backend systems.
- Drive alignment, documentation, and transparency across teams using tools like JIRAand Confluence .
- Prioritize ruthlessly, move quickly, and hold a high bar for quality.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong systems thinking, able to understand and improve complex, multi-stakeholderworkflows.
- Deep empathy for users, especially those in operational or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to drive cross‑functional execution and deliver results in startup settings.
- Excellent communication skills, crisp with requirements, clear with tradeoffs, andconfident with stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, compliance, or building platforms that support regulatedindustries.
