Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercialization efforts for a portfolio of hardware and software B2B solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, and will play a key role in translating customer needs into compelling value propositions that accelerate growth.
This is an individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives in a small but highly collaborative, global environment and enjoys bringing complex products to life through clear, differentiated messaging.
Work environment: Hybrid in office 3 days/ week with limited travel (domestic and international)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market efforts for new products and enhancements, driving awareness, adoption, and growth.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that differentiate solutions in the market.
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Create and deliver sales enablement tools, content, and training to support effective, value-based selling.
- Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics related to campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and revenue impact.
- Support product launches from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across teams and channels.
- Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and customer-facing content to strengthen brand and market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and executing successful product launches.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
- Experience supporting and enabling sales teams with tools, content, and training.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
