Program Director – Les Peters Youth Academy (Tampa, FL / St. Petersburg, FL)
Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Program Director for Les Peters Youth Academy, a moderate-risk residential program for female youth aged 14 to 19. The Academy offers comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee site budgets and expenses and manage the Human Resources Department.
- Establish, manage, and promote positive relationships within the program.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
- Driver’s license.
