Overview
Under the direction of the Twin Lakes Family YMCA Associate Executive Director, the Program Director will oversee the success of the Twin Lakes Family YMCA Childwatch Department, Campus Birthday Parties, and Branch communications with marketing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Childwatch Department, Campus Birthday Parties, and Branch communications with marketing.
- Lead coordination of programs to ensure high-quality service and engagement.
- Serve as a leader in the Annual Giving campaign and other fundraising initiatives.
- Model and implement the YMCA core values (Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility) in all programs and Center operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Highly motivated, organized, personable, and enthusiastic with leadership abilities
- Experience in supervising or directing programs as a program and/or center director preferred
- YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/Branch Leader certification preferred
- Adaptable and flexible, with ability to work variable hours including periodic weekends and non-business hour workdays
- References, criminal history background check, Sex Offender Registry check, pre-employment drug screen, and pre-hire training are required of all hired applicants
