Family Medicine Physician and Core Faculty - Southwest Arizona
Join a long‑standing, established non‑profit practice committed to improving the health and life of the community for over 34 years. This new position at the premier integrated model in South Yuma County serves a rural residency program (2nd year with 4 residents) and requires faculty participation.
Core Responsibilities
- Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (full‑time outpatient)
- No on‑call, nights or weekends
- 60 % clinical clinic, 40 % teaching and didactics (experience required to instruct)
- Work at a flagship location with heliport, urgent care, family medicine, surgery center and OBGYN

Qualifications
- Licensed family medicine physician in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
- Teaching experience in a residency or medical education setting
