Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking a Technical Product Manager II with 3–5 years of experience to support the Cool Compliance platform. This role bridges business and technology by translating compliance, audit, SOX, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile product ownership, enterprise application support, compliance systems, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, compliance risk, and technical priorities.
Translate business, audit, SOX, and IAM requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
Partner with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Support production issues, troubleshoot workflows, integrations, access problems, and application defects.
Validate system enhancements, testing, release readiness, and production deployments.
Analyze data flows, reporting, integrations, and application performance.
Develop technical documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.
Drive continuous improvement using metrics, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager.
Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, compliance, IAM, SOX, and production support.
Experience with Oracle databases, .NET applications, and technical troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
