YMCA of the Triangle in Raleigh seeks a Teen Program Director to lead and grow high-quality teen programs, supervise part-time staff, manage operations and budgets, and align with the YMCA’s mission.
This role builds partnerships with community organizations, supports outreach, marketing, and fundraising initiatives to strengthen engagement and impact, and ensures a positive experience for youth, families, and staff with flexible evenings and weekends.
