Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dynamic, Board-Certified Child Neurologist to lead our Child Neurology Residency Program at the prestigious Jersey Shore University Medical Center/K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital in Neptune, New Jersey.

- Level II Pediatric Trauma Department
- Dedicated Pediatric Sedation Service and Certified Child Life Specialists

Qualifications

Medical Degree: Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School.
Postgraduate Training: Successful completion of a Child Neurology fellowship program is required.
Specialty Certification: Must be certified in Child Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry .
Medical Licensure: Must have or be eligible to obtain a New Jersey Medical License.
GME Experience: Requires a minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in an accredited graduate medical education (GME) program.

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $247,957.00. Education and Certifications : Degrees attained, residencies, fellowships, board certifications, research, and publications.
Productivity : Levels of productivity, quality and patient satisfaction.
Skills : Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
Geographic Location : Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity : Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding : Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

In addition to our compensation for full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
