Capture Manager – Level 4 – Program Integrator

What You Will Be Doing
This position will play a key support role to the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Business Development team based in Marietta, Georgia. The position will also offer developmental opportunities for the PI to have executive level visibility into all aspects of multiple on‑going international and domestic pursuits. They will help campaign leads identify and continue to shape business opportunities for LM Aero products and to continue to position Lockheed Martin to be the customer’s preferred. The selected candidate will possess the inter‑personal skills required to build and maintain quality relationships across the international and internal LM customer base and also develop an in‑depth understanding of international customers’ defense and security requirements, geopolitics, economics, and acquisition and budgetary process. This position may require international travel. This position requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain Secret Clearance after hire.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Project/Program Management experience
- Experience developing and/or delivering presentation to executive leaders and industry stakeholders
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams
Desired Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to engage with LM Aero senior leadership as required in the pursuit of new business
- Recent exposure to capture experience in Sales or Business Development for DOD & International programs is a plus
- Familiarity with the life cycle of a business opportunity – from market development to program implementation desired
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities
- Additional team building skills are essential in keeping diverse individuals focused on the overarching business
Security Clearance
Requires a government security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
Work Schedule
Part‑time remote telework: the employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. The schedule for this position: 4 × 10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
