Job Description
The Solon Community School District is seeking a skilled and collaborative School Nutrition Program Director to manage and direct the district’s food service program. The Director is responsible for the overall administration, operation, and compliance of the district's School Nutrition Program, including the School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. The Director reports to the Superintendent or designee and ensures the program operates on a nonprofit basis in accordance with federal, state, and Iowa Department of Education regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (any major) + 1 year food service experience, or
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in an approved major, or
- Equivalent educational experience
Terms of Employment
Full-time 200‑day contract.
Base salary: $58,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s years of relevant experience, specialized skills, and track record they bring to the district.
Benefits include:
