Arcadialtc seeks an Activity Director to design and oversee a comprehensive program that supports the physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing of each resident, in line with the resident assessments.
You will plan and lead group social activities, spiritual programs, creative and educational activities, and exercise sessions; supervise Activity Aides; document goals and progress; and cultivate strong ties with families and community partners to sustain a high-quality activity program.
