Responsibilities

Provide Executive Leadership for Gas Turbine Product Service Engineering
Lead Fleet Design Engineering responsibilities for key gas turbine frames
Own the end-to-end customer experience and technical resolution model across 20,000 Engineering Request (ER) cases and 150 Root Cause Analyses (RCA)
Lead the stabilization of HA Gas Turbine Technology through disciplined root cause analysis
Drive measurable improvement in HA GT Train Availability
Lead the development of Users Conference content for gas turbine technologies
Serve as a senior technical interface with customer insurers
Influence the development of next-generation gas turbine technology
Set strategic priorities, technical direction, and operating mechanisms for the organization
Lead a large, multi-disciplinary organization of engineering and technical professionals
Drive transformation in how engineering support is delivered
Influence service strategy for the Gas Turbine fleet
Partner with various departments to align technical solutions with business priorities
Lead development and implementation of engineering solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field from an accredited university
15+ years of progressive experience in gas turbine product engineering, fleet support engineering, service engineering, or design engineering within a complex industrial environment
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as business needs require
