Responsibilities

Own the AI product vision for the Fund Ecosystem
Partner across Finance, business, and technology teams to define business problems, outcomes, and value hypotheses
Lead AI ideation and use‑case formulation by translating complex business problems into clearly defined, value‑driven AI capabilities
Orchestrate AI intake and prioritization processes across the Fund Ecosystem
Proactively identify, assess, and manage risk across the AI lifecycle
Work closely with risk and governance partners
Drive the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution
Influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create standard processes that drive significant change to the client experience

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
Graduate degree preferred
Minimum of eight years related business experience
Three years of leading large cross‑functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
