Fullerton Joint Union High School District recognizes that extra-curricular activities are an important component of the education experience for students. In order to provide students with these opportunities, FJUHSD understands that hiring interested, talented and qualified employees only enhances this experience.
Coaches must then complete the following items:
- Obtain Fingerprint clearance.
- Submit a copy of a negative Mantoux TB test taken within the last sixty (60) days. If you have worked in another school district and the TB test is valid (taken within the last two years), it will be accepted.
- Submit two forms of personal identification (i.e., Social Security Card and California Driver's License, California I.D. Card, or Passport).
- Present original documents when you turn in paperwork.
- Submit proof of your current infant, child and adult First Aid/CPR/AED, Title V Certification, and CIF-NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Heat, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Concussion, Cheer/Dance (if applicable), and Water Safety (if applicable) Certificates via CIF Home Campus.
