We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.As the Program Director, you are responsible for supporting and improving Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities.Essential Functions:Work with leadership team and contractor’s staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effectiveProvide ongoing support for operations and technologyStrategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership teamRespond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and complianceEvaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goalsManage ISO compliance and auditsEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree is preferred5–10 years of relevant leadership experienceExperience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating proceduresAbility to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sourcesProficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft ExcelValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredAbout EDSI:EDSI is a progressive, forward-thinking, family-owned company that is B Corp Certified.
