YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is hiring a Detroit SWIMS Program Director to lead day-to-day operations and grow the Detroit SWIMS program across the tri-county area. You will partner with schools, municipalities, and youth organizations to expand impact and ensure program quality.
The role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Physical Education or related field, aquatics experience, and at least 2–3 years of supervisory work.
