Mass General Brigham’s community physicians group in Haverhill is seeking a full-time 40-hour Diabetes Program Coordinator to support the Internal Medicine suite, Monday through Friday, 8:00–5:00, with 4 days in Haverhill and 1 day at our Andover location. The role focuses on planning and delivering patient education programs and maintaining program accreditation.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; RN licensure is preferred, along with BLS and CDE/CDCES certifications
