- Define and own the platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and product strategy aligned with enterprise priorities
- Own the end-to-end business processes for the assigned capability
- Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the business product owner for supporting applications and technologies
- Lead governance for platform prioritization, funding, and enhancement decisions
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform health and business outcomes
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 14+ years of experience in product management, business process ownership, enterprise transformation, or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading agile product delivery and managing product roadmaps and backlogs
- Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and enterprise technology platforms
- Experience leading governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and funding processes
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while delivering measurable business value
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Relevant product/agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar Agile certifications)
- Experience managing enterprise software vendors and influencing product roadmaps
- Professional services experience is highly preferred, especially in supporting business development, sales, client onboarding, engagement management, or service delivery platforms
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a matrixed organization
