Kauffman Engineering is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of Product Engineering to scale our organization from RFQ through launch. You will unify Customer Engineering, Quoting, and NPI across plants, balancing quality, cost, and delivery while partnering with operations, sales, and plant leadership to drive growth.
The role requires 7–10 years of engineering leadership in manufacturing, APQP/PPAP experience, and a strong Lean/Six Sigma mindset.
