Position Summary
The (USA) Director, Technical Program Management provides enterprise-level leadership for complex, high-impact technology programs, translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.
This role owns end-to-end program strategy, governance, solution alignment, cross-functional dependency management, risk mitigation, and resource optimization across large-scale initiatives. The Director also leads and develops a large TPM organization, builds high-performing talent, strengthens operating mechanisms, and raises the bar for execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Combining technical expertise, program management rigor, and systems-level thinking, we support executive decision-making, enhance delivery predictability, and advance strategic initiatives across business, product, engineering, and operations.
The team fosters collaboration and drives continuous improvement to ensure successful outcomes for large-scale programs, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise-scale technical programs from strategy through execution, aligning investments, resources, dependencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
- Define scalable operating models, governance rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting that improve delivery velocity and decision quality.
- Own program risk management by identifying execution risks, driving mitigation plans, resolving escalations, and sustaining momentum across complex initiatives.
- Influence senior stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, surfacing data-driven insights, securing alignment, and linking program objectives to strategic priorities.
- Lead and develop a large TPM organization while driving ambiguous, global-scale programs.
- Hire high-performing talent, develop leaders, strengthen organizational capability, and establish best practices in program management, technical design, and executive communication.
What You’ll Bring
- Enterprise-scale technical program or portfolio leadership, including strategic planning, governance, dependency management, and risk ownership.
- The ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional organizations, manage complex stakeholders, and secure commitments across competing priorities.
- Strong technical judgment across system design, the software development lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, and enterprise solutions.
- A track record of driving transformation through process improvement, automation, scalable workflows, and operating mechanisms that improve efficiency and predictability.
- Executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to frame complex decisions, present data-driven recommendations, and align senior stakeholders.
- Proven people leadership, including building high-performing TPM teams, developing leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing program management and technical delivery practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product design.
- Supervisory experience.
