Job Summary
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Program Manager with 5+ years of experience in program management, supplier quality, and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will lead product development programs, drive supplier quality initiatives, manage APQP/PPAP activities, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier quality activities throughout product development programs.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, KPIs, risks, and performance reporting.
- Drive APQP, PPAP, and supplier quality processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Perform risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and prepare reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Support cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field .
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, program/project management, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, engineering drawings, supplier quality processes, and risk management .
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and project management tools .
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI certification preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and supplier relationships.
