Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – AI Embedded Software to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered embedded software products . The ideal candidate will collaborate with Embedded Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Cloud, and Business teams to develop intelligent solutions for connected devices using Agile methodologies .
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled embedded software products.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into product features and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Embedded Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Cloud, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own and manage the product backlog, sprint planning, release planning, and software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of AI-powered features , ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to influence product strategy.
- Identify risks, manage stakeholders, and facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering embedded software products .
- Strong experience managing AI-enabled, intelligent, or connected software products .
- Solid understanding of Embedded Systems , including C, C++, Embedded Linux, RTOS , and embedded software architecture.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Edge AI, Computer Vision, and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps , and other product management tools.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and embedded systems architecture .
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering, hardware, software, AI/ML, and cloud teams .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Automotive, Robotics, IoT, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, or Connected Devices .
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet, MQTT , and embedded communication protocols.
- Hands-on exposure to AI frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, NVIDIA TensorRT, or OpenVINO .
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) supporting connected embedded solutions.
Education
- MBA or Bachelo r's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
