What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of the electrical project lifecycle—from pre‑construction planning, estimating and budgeting through execution, commissioning and close‑out—ensuring completion on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Oversee and manage project teams (project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors), ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings and specifications, track change orders/RFIs/submittals and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor and control project financials including cost forecasting, margin protection, billing/progress payments, resource loading and productivity metrics, while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
- Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
- Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
Must Haves:
- 7+ years expertise in Electrical Project Management within multifamily projects
- Completed Seattle/Bellevue projects, or at least in large, built up cities with strict codes
Preferred:
- IBEW/ECM Apprenticeship, or similar preferred
