This role leads technical capabilities across the business class, builds relationships with related groups, manages risk, and drives QA/QC with a focus on water conveyance projects. The position involves staffing, mentorship, industry engagement, and strategic planning to advance HDR’s WTEM practice across multiple regions.
Travel up to 50% is possible; location is flexible within HDR’s U.S. footprint.
