Manager of Construction Coordination, AMER Construction Programs
Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Manager of Construction Coordination in the AMER Data Center Capacity and Delivery (DCCD) team. In this role you will lead a team to execute high-quality contract administration, manage construction projects across the organization, and drive process improvements to deliver safety, security, and capacity at the lowest possible cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees in contract administration tasks including diligence, work orders, and change orders.
- Facilitate design releases and provide administrative project support.
- Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements for construction customers across AWS.
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Apply program coordination tools and methodologies to support efficient purchasing across construction disciplines.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Familiar with payment systems and document controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- Familiar with payment systems and document controls.
- Proficient in project management tooling such as SmartSheets and Asana and creating dashboards and daily reports.
- Experience with Procore, Payee Central, Contract Central.

Compensation: $114,500 – $189,300 per year (depending on geographic market and experience) plus equity, sign‑on, and additional benefits.
