KIPP DC is seeking a Before/Aftercare Program Director for our Washington, DC campuses (Webb, Benning, or Wheeler). This full-time, on-site role runs split shifts from 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., partnering with school leadership, teachers, and operations to deliver a joyful, inclusive student experience.
Starting salary range is $59,442-$63,540 with an anticipated start date in July 2026. Note: current KIPP DC school-based employees are not eligible to apply.
