Scopely is building a new, unannounced cross-platform Strategy/MMO title and seeks a Senior Product Manager to join the Midcore division. This role focuses on Live Ops and requires a professional to help shape the project from its inception while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Salary: $145,000 to $220,000 USD annually (for residents of CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA)

What you'll do
- Act as a product owner for one or more pods, managing stakeholder alignment and removing roadblocks.
- Create product specifications that detail risks, KPIs, and competitive positioning for feature greenlighting.
- Analyze player behavior and genre trends to inform product strategy and growth.
- Use core metrics to build hypotheses that improve player value and business performance.
- Collaborate with UX and research teams to execute hypothesis testing.
- Mentor junior product management staff and foster an inclusive team environment.
- Develop frameworks for decision-making in resource-constrained settings.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product management for mobile free-to-play games, specifically within Live Ops.
- Proven track record of managing revenue and engagement metrics for live titles.
- Experience running A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
- Ability to synthesize technology, business needs, and user experience requirements.
- Experience managing complex player ecosystems with varying spending behaviors and lifecycle stages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic vision.
Nice to have
- Experience with cross-platform development across PC, mobile, and HD.
- Familiarity with 4X or ARPG mobile game genres.
- Proficiency with game engines, specifically Unity.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Understanding of core game design principles.
