Braven is seeking a Head of Program Design to own the evolution, quality, and integrity of Braven’s program experiences for Fellows, staff, and volunteers. The role sits on the Product team and reports to the Chief Product Officer, with a strong emphasis on adult learning and scalable design across multiple campuses.
You will lead a design team, translate research into concrete assets, and ensure experiences are pedagogically sound and scalable while maintaining Braven’s human-centered approach.
