CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi - Shoreline is seeking a Director Trauma to oversee the trauma program, including performance improvement, registry data management, injury prevention, outreach education, and research aligned with the Level designation.
In partnership with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital administration, the Director will develop clinical protocols, provide staff education, and ensure standards are met. A strong background in nursing leadership and CQI is required.
