Yolo County Children's Alliance (YCCA) seeks a Program Director to provide strategic leadership for Home Visiting and Family Strengthening Services. You will guide a team of managers and supervisors, ensure program quality, manage budgets and contracts, and drive continuous improvement.
In collaboration with hospitals and community partners, you will pursue funding opportunities, oversee reporting and evaluation deliverables, and represent YCCA in regional and state forums.
