We're looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the development of next-generation Android XR hardware platforms . This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional engineering teams and drive innovative products from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of Android XR hardware platforms.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Manage hardware NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and product development milestones.
- Own program schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk management.
- Lead phase-gate reviews and ensure successful product launches.
- Coordinate with global development partners and manage build execution.
- Resolve technical and program risks while keeping projects on schedule.
- Drive process improvements to enhance product development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of Hardware Engineering Program Management, Product Design Engineering, or related experience.
- Strong Consumer Electronics Hardware experience (required ).
- Hands-on experience with Hardware NPI Build Management .
- Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle and phase-gate process.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.

- Experience shipping high-volume consumer electronic products.
- Supplier development and manufacturing experience.
- Budget planning and scheduling expertise.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
