Responsibilities: - Manage Service Delivery for Quote/Proposal Management Application (ServiceNow) as a proxy Product Owner/Application Manager.
- Review upcoming business change requests with multiple businesses.
- Document details of IT changes that will be occurring for the product.
- Coordinate and resolve gaps in information and prioritize the execution of changes along with the Business.
- Organize changes in sprints with the implementing teams.
- Proactive Communication of timelines of changes and upcoming releases.
- Manage the timely delivery of work with multiple teams.
- Identify and escalate Risk/delays proactively.
- Make sure all agreed documentation and sign offs are captured as per internal IT process.
- Coordinate Release management, test management, and change management in Azure DevOps.
- Manage Upgrade (Test / validation) of the application to next version of Service Now
- Provide daily operational support to the Product Owner.
Desired Skills: - Experience managing medium to large sized projects in Agile or Hybrid way.
- Working experience in a large multinational, geographically diverse environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow based application development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Education: - Bachelor's degree in science, Business or related disciplines or equivalent work experience
