Looking for a ENT physician to join our client in northern New York State. This practice is expanding to meet community needs, as they have recently built a new 61 million-dollar hospital. This included new operating room suites, emergency department, a 10-bed intensive care unit/20-bed progressive care unit and a med/surg patient pavilion. They also added a new dedicated cancer center and a new hospital wing for women and children. Come join and help build a great ENT service.

- Hospital Employee
- 1:4 Call Ratio
- $500-550K Annual Salary
- WRVU production incentives
- Signing Bonus available up to $50,000
- Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000
- CME time available
- Retirement plan provided
- Single specaility group, employed by the hospital with guaranteed annual salary and an uncapped WRVU productivity model.
- Signing Bonus and Loan Repayment available.
- $3,000 CME/annual & 5 paid days for CME
- Plan to develop group of four ENT surgeons with broad scope of ENT interests. Call 1:4
