Production Line - Maintenance Assistants Bakery Manufacturing Facility Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
We are looking for an experienced
Production Line - Maintenance Assistant to join our bakery manufacturing team. This position will support the maintenance department by helping keep production equipment, machinery, and facility operations running safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, is comfortable working 12-hour shifts, and is able to support production needs during weekends.
Responsibilities: - Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on production line equipment
- Support troubleshooting and basic repairs of bakery manufacturing machinery
- Help maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations
- Perform routine inspections and report any mechanical or operational issues
- Assist with equipment adjustments, setups, and changeovers as needed
- Keep maintenance areas, tools, and workspaces clean and organized
- Follow all food safety, GMP, safety, and company procedures
- Document maintenance activities and updates using Microsoft Office
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience required
- Previous experience in the food or bakery manufacturing industry preferred
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Must speak Spanish; English is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work around production equipment for extended periods
Compensation: - Pay range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule with 3 shifts available
