Duties
Provide direct support to the command's Healthcare Risk Manager and Patient Safety Manager.
Assist in assessing facility compliance with Defense Health Agency and Joint Commission standards.
Review daily operational data for readmission risks.
Assist in surveying staff on patient safety culture.
Act as an educational resource to foster a culture of safety across the Medical Treatment Facility and its Branch Health Clinics.
Prepare official correspondence to support the patient safety policies and procedures.
