Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
Responsibilities: - Operate and set up processing equipment with focus on equipment efficiency and process optimization
- Lead and execute equipment sanitation and perform post-clean inspections
- Ensure compliance with food safety , human safety , and conduct risk assessments
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems issues
- Train and coach team members on unit operations and system usage
- Support multiple platforms and adapt to changing production needs
- Maintain documentation and utilize basic computer systems (MS Office)
- Handle materials and operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, lifts)
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with processing equipment , pilot plant/plant operations , or similar environment
- Strong problem-solving , critical thinking , and technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of GMP , food safety standards , and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in varying plant conditions
- Strong communication, team leadership , and training/coaching abilities
- Familiarity with mechanical systems , electrical controls , and sanitation processes
- Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
Preferred: - 1+ years of relevant experience
- Background in food manufacturing , laboratory operations , or CPG industry
