Looking for a steady weekday schedule and three-day weekends? Diverse Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers for a growing production facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and optional overtime.
What You'll Do
Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
Load products into production equipment
Remove packaging materials from incoming product blocks
Collect, measure, and record production waste
Stack finished products onto pallets
Follow all safety, GMP, and PPE requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Must follow all safety procedures and company policies
Reliable transportation and good attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or food processing experience
Experience working around production equipment
Experience following GMP standards
Work Environment
Food production and seafood processing environment
Fast-paced manufacturing setting
Standing and walking for most of the shift
Repetitive movement throughout the day
Frequent lifting up to 60 pounds
PPE required at all times
Exposure to production noise and food processing conditions
