Environmental Compliance Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Compliance Project Manager with a strong background in environmental permitting and compliance. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and global organization and have a strong desire to continually learn and innovate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
- 5 years of environmental permitting or compliance and approvals experience in America, including management of environmental impact assessments, acquisition of permits, and cultural and ecological surveys and approvals.
- 5 years of program and project management experience in America, including permit timeline development, cross coordination amongst disciplines, contracting and leading consultant teams, driving deliverables to the business, etc.
- Experience with mission critical facilities or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in construction and operational environmental compliance.
- Experience working through environmental permitting and compliance in multiple markets.
- Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional and positive working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations and environmental requirements based on the timing of the overall construction schedule.
- Management of environmental and construction consultants that support the overall site delivery.
- Identification and mitigation of issues during construction related to stormwater, wetlands, streams, threatened and endangered species, cultural resources, buffers, tree preservations, and air compliance.
- Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities for new builds.
- Communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
