To lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic Agile environment, the remote Scrum Master Project Manager will support up to two Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project delivery, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Key responsibilities Support and coach Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices while facilitating Agile ceremonies Lead projects from initiation through implementation, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines Manage project risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Proven experience as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
