Leading complex Salesforce initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead large-scale Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support Translate business objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing project plans and timelines Facilitate cross-departmental stakeholder coordination and manage communications, project documentation, and executive-level reporting Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or product delivery roles Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce and enterprise technology initiatives Salesforce Administration experience, including platform capabilities, configuration, security, and governance Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, and backlog management Experience managing Salesforce projects involving integrations, data migration, and business process transformation
