To lead and deliver strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams, the long-term contract Scrum Master / Project Manager will support two Scrum teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and manage overall project delivery, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication, in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices Manage project delivery, including timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication Remove impediments and drive issue resolution across complex initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Proven experience in both Project Manager and Scrum Master roles Strong experience managing projects from planning through execution and delivery Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
