To oversee and guide the successful completion of technology projects, the full-time Technology Project Manager will manage project planning and execution across the Technology Department, collaborating with software engineers, data analysts, and executives to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities: Manage large-scale technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align project goals with business needs Develop and organize detailed project artifacts, including project plans and timelines, to maintain project quality and progress Required qualifications: Proven experience managing technology projects, particularly in regulated industries Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Proficiency in project management frameworks like PMBOK and Six Sigma Advanced technology skills, including experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite Background in healthcare systems and electronic health records (EHR) is preferred
