Responsible for managing multiple design and construction projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager Estimator will ensure customer satisfaction while overseeing project planning, design, and construction processes for projects estimated over $250,000. Key responsibilities: Manage construction projects from preliminary planning through design, construction, and occupancy Plan, organize, and coordinate design and construction work, ensuring quality and compliance Establish project scope, prepare government estimates, and procure services from contractors and architects Required qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or seven years of relevant experience Proven experience in estimating construction projects Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment
